At GSC, as well as consulting with our players regularly regarding their shorter term ambitions, we believe that it is vitally important to continually assess long term goals and objectives. With this in mind, we regularly hold formal consultation reviews with our clients in order to establish and strategically plan which direction they would like their careers to travel in. As a truly world wide organisation, we offer services such as video portfolio’s to help showcase players skills outside of the U.K. From this point we can approach the appropriate clubs and organisations to make recommendations to our clients.

Contract Negotiation
All players retain the right to seek advice when offered a club contract and the importance of taking this advice cannot be over-emphasised. Players have different requirements at different times of their careers and each contract, whether it is a first, or a renewal, is negotiated to take into account the player's personal circumstances. At GSC we have years of experience at dealing with financial contracts and are able to secure the best possible terms for each client at any given time.

Transfer Negotiation
Transfers play a major role in the career of a professional footballer and must be handled with the utmost care. There are many implications to take into account, both financial and professional, and if handled badly, they can have a major effect on a player's career. The player's welfare is the most important factor to consider and GSC's only concern lies with the interests of the player and his future.
In all cases, moves are done with the minimum amount of effort on the players’ part, and are often the result of a lot of hard work from the management team to ensure that the move or loan is the right one for the player concerned and at the right time.

Personal Financial Planning
A footballer's career is condensed into a short period of time when compared to that of a regular mainstream vocation. The sums that can be earned today during that period require that a player must plan for retirement if he is to maintain the same living standards that he enjoyed whilst playing. GSC will assist in planning for a player's future by organising their affairs to both create and protect wealth and to ensure a bright and happy future for the player and their family. We will oversee the planning of investments, personal pensions, and insurance requirements, both for sporting purposes and for every day financial commitments.

Endorsement & Sponsorship
Off the pitch earnings provide valuable additional income for most players and it is important that this is properly managed in order to maximise the return. Endorsements, sponsorship and promotional work are all areas in which GSC seeks to provide the player with extra earning potential. Knowing both how and when to heighten a player's profile is a skilled business and must be dealt with carefully. Inappropriate advice can damage a player's profile, both within his club and the public eye and this can lead to problems on and off the pitch.
